add weight of the trailer, motor, fuel load (1 liter = 1 kg) plus anything extra like casting decks, trolling motor etc to find out an estimated final tow weight.
from memory the brumby will be close to a tonne when added up.

Final weight will depend on what size anchor and chain you go with, how many batteries etc etc. I'm not familiar with anchor and chain weights so I'll let someone with more knowledge on them reply.
