i also now wear those adreno thermals that cheater put me onto for everything. practically live in them now and mention them every 5 min when i am in them. ask maz or sinsemilla.

Filleted it, took the skin off.
a little salt, garlic powder and crushed black pepper.

Pan fried.
squeezed lemon juice when done.
