Flathead skin when shallow fried is awesome. The scales go nice and crispy.

On a side note the bream are still doing just fine in the upper parts of the Rivers where the netters are not allowed to net.

I think this has more to do with salinity levels than netting.

Not sure if it's the ultimate fishing boat, but it has some awesome features...
