In 1983 I saved up and purchased an ABU 7000 for $90, which is probably about $250 now. I punished it surf, rock and boat fishing over the years and it's still going strong today.

Didn't go out today but I've been getting a few kgw in the grass between Curlewis and Leopold, that is if I can get a bait past the all the little Pinkies. Overcast days are usually better IME.
