I fished Lenny's with a friend on Saturday. Beautiful conditions, we bagged out on average sized squid within 2 hours but the whiting seemed to be impossible. We tried for a couple of hours just on the ebb tide and let me tell you we didn't have a bite let alone a whiting! Fresh caught bait, differ...

Fished st Leonard’s yesterday arvo good run in tide from 2:30 fished till 5:30 did about 10-12 moves for only one fish. Saw one other boat catch one very quiet. Nice catch fishnut what was the average size of them? Been getting plenty around Clifton springs but average size is only 32-34ish cm with occasional bigger one

Hi all how does everyone storing bait when wanting to keep it fresh. I do a lot of gummy fishing and will catch fish like pike and wrap them in glad wrap or vac seal after capture and keep them in the fridge till I use them. Will keep them in the fridge for a week some times as I don’t like freezing...

Hi all, Been fishing Clifton springs lately for snapper done 4 trips in the last three weeks and been finding the fishing very quiet. Got 4 one trip but apart from that just donuts and little pinkies. How’s everyone’s else’s season going? Seems to be quiet talking to most fishos back at the ramp
