Ive been having some luck recently with the Zmans on reddies in the local river, Found it best to just find shallow drowned Snags, close to the bank and cast around that, also around over hanging tree bases, and overhanging banks.

The Savage gear Rats have an awesome action, look about as realistic as possible, I have the big size, find it a bit heavy to cast with but the smaller should make it easier.

I went paddleboarding there on a school camp in October, The widest open pool near the boat ramp has some nice sized bream there from what I Saw. Also a few Mullet.

Water at Echuca is still looking pretty black, Goulburn is looking fantastic, a lot of small cod being pulled out at the junction, meant to be boats galore there atm so its coping a hammering.
