Been fishing around the yarra valley(yarra,watts,don and lilydale lakes, poundage and all the rivers over the spur)for 25 years also been around Aus twice so been to some great fishing detinations. I don't keep fish but I love sitting by my rod with a couple of tinnys....

Hi guys just joined.
Kerang weir just out of kerang is worth a try at dusk for cod, yellas and big carp. Not sure what the water levels are ATM but was there in jan for 4 days and caught plenty. No cod over 45cm though but heaps of action. Fishing during the day was a waste of time.
