Sorrento main pier is good for LJs but I've never had much success there with anything else. Flinders is awesome if you can stay off the pier

I think it would improve the site if member rankings were based on likes received instead of post counts. Then members would actually be rewarded for improving the quality of the site instead of being rewarded for watering down quality threads.

I had no idea that is a legitimate rock climbing technique - but I did a google image search for "fisting" and sure enough, it seems legit.

I can't offer any boat-related advice but you should never, ever put any kind of grease on wheel studs or nuts. They will either work themselves loose or stretch and break because you overtighten them.

It may be possible to land a fish like that on whiting gear, but if that fish weighs 15kg then it has eaten at least 7kg of lead.

I agree on the Sienna. For under $50 they are head and shoulders above the rest of the crap in that price range IMO.
