I will be asking questions every now and then on this forum to help me along the way as I go through my list of fish to catch!

My next one is Yellow Eyed Mullet, any advice?

I am thinking of using Chicken as bait, I will be trying Balcome Creek Beach

Lucky me aye, I will be trying the next location on the fishing book, so will be further then Mount Martha i think

The next fish on my list is Yellow Eye Mullet, so will try Port Jackson Shark after I catch a mullet.

Looks like a half decent one. Well donej How you cook it? How did yiu go? Did you skin it? Little bit of oil, took the hard leather skin off, cut the fins off and pan fried it.
