He's a "salty", I know nothing about the supplier,but,you may be able to save a few dollars.

why not just can the licence and put a 1% surcharge on fishing tackle to cover the costs. You would also free up inspector's time checking for licences, time they could spend doing other things. Mate of mine said this is a good spot.. I am going to use a surf rod, with paternoster rig.. And I want to try a light weighted blue bait on a ganged hook.
He said best bait squid & prawns. I'm wondering whether to use , white bait,blue bait & squid.
