Being slack, not enough loops in the knot .. resulting in a large fish to pull out the hook ...

Sitting here, hearing the thunder, the roar of the wind through the trees, the pelting rain. I'm pretty keen to give the docklands a go... Seems like a good sheltered spot suitable to drag the kids along to. I'm guessing it doesn't get too crowded, so it'd be handy to get an area away from other people so the kids can practice casting. They love giving it a go but I just can't let them do ...

By the way, other than bream would a to that light handle landbased salmon and snapper. I know it won't handle anything on a boat.
