pinky fishing seems to have slowed down. the last few trips haven't produced alot of fish for me . i fish st kilda pier about 3-4 times a week they seem to come and go. one day there there the next not even in perfect conditions i fished on monday night for four pinkies five hours fishing, sounds go...

when i fish north winds for pinkies and i fish from brighton through to port melbourne ill mostly get undersize pinkies. as for your other species gar and mullet you might do alright with burley. hopefully you'll pick up a flathead or two. if you go out there expecting to catch nothing and come back...

hi snapper01 you could try the rock wall next to the warmies fishing into the yarra. it is really deep water as the cargo ships pass through channel and ive heard of some very big snapper caught there this season. location newport/williamstown also the rocks wall at webb dock and end of station pier...
