Guys I'm sorry for the late notice, I'm heading off to Port Fairy tomorrow morning for a day's fishing for tuna. If anyone is keen to join, I have 2 spots available in the boat/car. but even if I was to buy a Sarca anchor, it appears I still need to somehow house over 90m of rope and 8m of chain. This would allow me to anchor in 30m of water regardless of the anchor, right? I've got a plough anchor which was on the boat originally, but i took it off and replaced it with a sand one (thinking that a sand bottom requires a sand anchor).
