ci4 if you can get it for $200 then id go that over the freams LT, if paying RRP then both are a great reel, all depends on personal choice.. stradic is def lighter, freams has more drag(useless in the bay tbh) id have a play around with both and see which one you like personally and get that. many...

Went this morning, caught a dozen undersize pinkies between 18-25cm. Also saw a huge brram cruising the rock wall shadows but couldn't tempt him. Bait fishos also catching tiny pinkies

people recommending a BG/eliminator or other variants of the same reel for lure work need to sit down now and drink some coffee and chill.. Yes it will work, just like mono will still catch fish on lures. But yeah the reel is too heavy and not finesse enough for plastics work. It's a gun reel.for b...

I have a few different types of reels in 2000-2500 size, including a few Stradics, a solitary Ci4 and a couple of Daiwa BG's. I love each and every one of these reels and service them, myself, with Yamalube grease (inside), Daiwa oil and Cal's reel drag grease. I wipe them down with Inox on a rag. ...

I would try setting up a pair of trebles as stinger hooks for squid, better chance of hooking up a tentacle with 4 hooks instead of 1
