Good for up your way Dave. Not crash hot with light lures. Whack a good pe braid on and you'll have 2 decent cod casters for fairly cheap

If the Anodes look new with no decaying or discoloring at all after a year or so they are not doing what they are designed to do. If this is the case and the engine is mounted on an aluminum boat that's a serious problem, get out the multimeter and investigate what's happening. Google is your best ...

No problems after 9 months on a 140. Anodes still look brand new too. Mx8 can have an affect on aluminum alloy parts, but fine for brass. I've picked my oils/greases over a few years from various sources. 3 or 3.5 is what I use. So the 90mm+ plus length. I do have a number of 2.5's I use purely for small squid bait collecting I am curious as to what part of the bay you fish?
