will probs still catch flatties but increase ur chances of catching stuff like bream if u throw a smaller lure. + trying a different area of the same body of water may result in catching different fish.
z-man motor oil grubz have always worked best for me,

Just returned from there and didn't spend much time fishing the lake. The few casts I had I got smoked by a large fish on a livey, only for it to spit it out.
