Re: SAS Tasline
Yeah basti Iv heard the same that's why I went and got some. Apart from the breaking this stuff feels amazing compared to the 3lb power pro I usually use. The last day out of pure frustration I broke four strands just with my hands and I'm far from a strong bloke.

As the old saying goes, You get what you pay for. Bottom bashing it might be alright but personally I wouldn't go near the stuff.

Re: Loch Sport fishing
THE AVON????.few bass and a lot of dirty big carp in there. There's alot of fresh water still pushing down,so my bet would be head over to the beach if you get a break from the wind. Hopefully Sunday looks ok. Good luck

Re: Port Albert whiting
That was the first time i have never caught a flatty at port Albert Scott. Fished the eastern side of the basket beacon channel. Funny how it works sometimes. The big model got caught up in the leader so couldn't go too hard, but yeah they definitely have some go in them

Port Albert whiting
Dusted off the tinny last night and headed down to port Albert for a look. Greeted with beautiful conditions, got to the basket beacon and started a nice berley and was soon had my first ever KGW. Ended up with 9 for the trip all around the 30+cm mark and one went 45. All caught on the run in tide.
