ChrisD, mate you have got it a bit backwards there, C&R of stocked trout is pointless if you are going to take a feed from the river,they wont breed in lakes and are put there to be caught,river fish can breed. If you are like me and consider them nothing more than spotted carp,then keep up the good...

Well a 20 litre bucketfull of yabby's would be 20 litres wouldnt it. It's a unit of measure used on a few things,prawns,mussel's,bass yabbys,that is why it is important to no the rules before going around catching things.

Yeah it was at the mechanic's Mallee. Managed to get about 30 grubs this morning :thumbsup: ,was still hot & dusty even using a tractor,a few snakes getting around too.Cricket & beers in front of the air con for me now :D :D

As silly as it sounds Jim they didnt have any green 30lb fireline,i wear prescription sunnys and with the tint & polarised lens i have i find green so much easier to see,its goin on a trolling rod and was only a few $ dearer & bright green. The old fireline was about 5 year old and faded to a yellow...

All the scratching will be done by a mate on his own property so will be fixed up by him.
