Everything gets better Jason. Talking about it helps, even online to a bunch of people you've never met, but I highly suggest speaking to your GP and telling them your feelings also. They can and will get you the help you need.

I think you're grasping at straws a little here, the media is generally pretty good at manipulating one side of a story and painting the SJW's of the world in a positive light, but this isn't one of these times.
