I remember it as a kid, it left from Newport roughly near where the boat ramp is now and went across to Pt Melb where the container cranes are now. Never went on it though,

Hi All, Few weeks back bought a Pfluger echelon baitcast outfit, matching combo (neat little unit) After some knowledgeable comments from Barra Mick and others on this forum I added to my collection of rods on the weekend with a Shimano Curado baitcaster and a Cod Raider rod to go with it. I do a fair bit of detecting also, but you better check, I don't think you are allowed to prospect in National Parks !!!!!!!!!!
