hi guys,
anyone know some good spots on the plenty river around eping, mernda, doreen, south morang etc... to get some carp. looking to get back into getting rid of em and having some fun at the same time.

Kalparrin gardens in greensborough used to be good before they drained it late last year. had lots of 4-5 kg carp and a few 10kg plus. haven't fished it in a while because it looks like they've blocked out the river flowing into the lake. im sure the carp will find a way in tho.

So i can plan when to go! because they stock the lakes over a span of days, some lakes are stocked before others. so i could plan to go this sunday at a certain lake that might not of been stocked yet but other lakes might of. hope that answers that.

wondering if anyone knew the EXACT dates that the trout are going in to the lakes these holidays? i know they are meant to be stocked 2 weeks prior to the school holidays but i was after the exact date. anyone know?
