Get one of those 55L plastic bins and it should work. If you have trouble getting the motor in and out lower the jockey wheel to give you more room. This should also be done as part of routine maintenance so that any lost sinkers, hooks etc can be removed before they start rusting and corrosion starts on the hull.

The folding trestle table and camping chairs are the way to go as Dougie suggested. I have one like the bottom picture and they are way to unstable and heavy to use.
