Swim it into the gutter and mount from there, easiest way to avoid a spill onto the beach, just got to be ok at mounting...

The reels are great, haven't used the rod. Does your reel come with a spare spool? I've got a 2500 with a spare 3000 spool, got the 2500 spooled with 6lb and the 3000 with 10lb as a change up if I need it.

thats pretty terrible, It was only a shore break, if he had any water skills he should have been able to walk/swim it out past the shore break and then board his vessel, surely that's an option off that beach. Poor silly old b*stard.

Hey mate, I've only been there for a night, but at sunrise at fingal bay off the rocks to the right of the main beach LadyK and I absolutely cleaned up on snook and tailor.
