Theres a few different trains of thought on this.I just leave mine "wet" and drain the bowl when i want to use it again if it's not been used for some months.Keeps all the gaskets & o rings from drying out and cracking & perishing. Interesting move,particularly the statement of "potentially being an even better cod fishery than lake eildon" Cod were and still are naturally in the streams that form lake eildon,way before it was built.Yet there is now no closed season on cod in eildon because they don't breed in those conditions...
