Re: Boat ramp Mallacoota?
A few people have said there is a new boat ramp (not a beach launch) ans concrete ramp at Mallacoota so you can get to Gabo island and out to the shelf for game fiah but can't find any info on it. Does anyone know more about it? It’s a fair run to the shelf, about 40km. Provided it’s dredged it’s a...

Re: NBN providers.
Aussie broadband are based in Gippsland, you’ll get good service when it comes to troubleshooting unlike say Telstra, where it’s a “good luck” scenario. iiNet also has an Aussie based call centre.
Other than that just go with 25mbt, you can always bump it up.

Re: Success but not the right kind.
You need to throw bigger stickbaits. The kings are mixed in with those big salmon schools :a_goodjob: I have a stupid amount of lures but those madscads are by far my favorite at the moment. I have all sizes i'm casting this one just seemed to hit the smaller one. Dumb question for you, have you ev...

Re: Sunday kings
Nice work, the ones at Portland have been difficult to tempt without live bait, maybe the water tempt there is still a little on the low side for them. The rats I caught all had empty stomachs too, so unless they've been going the big vom when hooked they haven't been feeding that much. Yeah right,...

Sunday kings
Got out on the kings again at Welshpool today, and we probably ended up with about 70 in one of the hottest bites ive ever had.
Stickbaits and jigs were the go, with the largest fish going 12kg+ and 110cm, a clear PB for the boat
