Unfortunately given rego identification and the curfew, even though I dont doubt it's a legit reason, it is likely you will get stopped and have to explain yourself a lot. A copy of wife's ID and obvious documentation showing where she works will make it quicker and easier to clearly explain. Maybe ...

Dan the mans clarification in todays update is simply day out vs popping out for some fresh air. just comparing obvious extremes. But its not obvious extremes that are causing the confusion. The problem is, you could get official word from the DHHS hotline say it yes that's fine, but get pulled up short of your destination by coppers and get fined. It depends entirely on what person with any sort of power decides on the spot. You can literally be waved off to continue by 18 of a 20 man...
