Just wondering if anyone out there has a sacrificial anode on there trailer? My trailer is just steel with paint as the coating. To prolong its life I was wondering if I should bolt an anode to it. Seriously though, the area is heavily overfished and you will have much more luck on decent fish fishing in the river(chance of winter snapper) and not in the warmies channel. I fished got an average couta last night at flinders on lure after they smashed a silver whiting I had out for squid. Also had a fisherman try to steal my spin outfit then pretend that it wasnt him. Yep Dougie they give a good fight on light line, pitty they don't taste to crash hot, and that's if you get them worm free, most big ones I get seem to have worms, small ones are ok but as I said taste is lot to be desired..DougieK wrote:I love hooking those coota mate, they go well.
