saltwater spot
just wondering if someone can suggest me a spot in saltwater close to the city as ive now got a whole pack of bait left from yesterdays wash out to use, dont mind if its a pier or beach just somewhere to soak it in... wouldnt mind traveling to st kilda but closer is better as ill be on public transp...

thanks for all the advice guys, might put rock fishing on the list for when i can swim better, (taking regular lessons) and are more confident whit my fishing maybe next year, definately on the bucket list as i want tp try everything in foshing at least once

would be nice to get out the in november for snapper season but i hear it gets packed, should also mention it was nice to met the members yesterday, and sit wit rodbender under the conveniently placed bus shelter on the pier... didnt see a bus come past though

rock fishing
so ive been thinking about rock fishing, it sure is tempting and seems like it could really pay off but the safety aspect deters me a whole lot, im not the strongest swimmer and the the thought of ending up in the ocean terrify's me, so i got to thinking it might be worth bringing along some climbin...

think your right nude up, last i heard was they end up down here due to confusion of some kind, my partner had a client who worked at the aquarium when the one who washed up on new years eve was there and he was telling her all about it...
