Re: Spinner Bait Collars Disintegrating - Seeking Advice
I've had a few where that has happened. Imo if the collar is sticky or tacky it is likely a chemical thing from something it was stored with, in your case the bag and if it is dry or crumbly its more of an age issue. For repairing them look into fly tying thread or even thicker braid. Should be able...

Re: Kayak Upgrades - Hobie Compass
Don't think you are at any risk of it with your current setup but one thing to consider is that if you do roll the kayak there is a risk you can get tangled in your lanyards and get stuck under the kayak

For point 5 the issue isn't rods coming out of holders and more so reels getting a lot of salt spray and rods in an area where it is more difficult to see them and reach them

First Metre Murray Cod
Hey guys,
Back at the start of winter I went on an overnight trip to lake mulwala looking for big murray cod, specifically anything over a metre. Had an incredible trip and absolutely blew my target out of the water. Hope you enjoy the vid.

Re: First Kayak: Hobie Compass, looking for recommended accessories
Assuming you are going to be using it on the bay I would definitely get a flag of some sort for visibility and if you are planning to fish around sunrise/sunset out there an all round white light as well. For storage based accesories the berley pro sidebros are well worth getting for a compass, crea...

Fishing With A Rod I Found In The River
Title pretty much says it all for this one. Went on a trip with Aaron and pulled a combo out of the river. Went back the next week solo and spent an afternoon fishing that combo. Definitely wasn't the nicest to use after spending some time at the bottom of the river (and being right hand wind) but i...

Re: $100 worth of trout lures
I haven't actually used the berkley range. They all look like they should work pretty well though, they are based on some pretty successful lures. For what you're looking at I would skip the slurp and go with the bender and the jerk if you do want to get them. Colour is a pretty preferential thing, ...
