Nearly like a "smash & grab" sesh there Bowl! Timed the bite very well. The "clean-up" may have taken longer than the sesh itself! Who cares though - your results are the reward. Well done ;)

All rivers will be flowing hard after recent weather events. One of the many lakes available may be a better opportunity. That lovely green slimey weed is how it is in this area at this time of year, right through past Pt Wilson and through the "paddock". I find fishing without lead helps the baits not bury into the crap on the bottom and sit on top. If the boat awns it pulls the baits deeper into the slime....
