never had one fail yet boss....it's true that some folk 'choke' the finish....i normally use the rizuto (spellcheck that mullet) finish...there's enough stretch in a twisted leader that if you catspaw it rather than just a stroight loop-to-loop, it's not normally an issue...for me anyway :dontknow

atm if it's too blowy to get the boat out there's always working on the boat, or beer, or revision for an upcoming examination, or beer, or looking at pictures of kittens in the net, or beer....
