Re: Portable live bait tank

Most importantly what pump are you using?

Stevo you could use a polycarbonate or similar sheet to round out the corners in your current Esky. Will achieve the same thing and might count as being 60l

Re: Sunglasses

Don't bother with the fitovers. They're bulky, ugly and heavy. I've gone with contacts and tonics. I really rate the tonics. Fwiw I actually think you get better glass and frames in fishing specific sunnies than you do in more expensive fashion brands.

Re: Land based weights

cotton is biodegradeable. an old tshirt or similar would make a good pouch for sand. use a paperclip or something similar that will rust away as the weak link on your breakaway system, not the line. that way the line comes back with the rig.

I'm just brainstorming, i've never tried any of the above

Re: Bream Lures for Dummies.

in my experience perch and bass decide a lot faster if they want to eat an offering or not (most likely eat first ask questions later), are a lot less leader shy, will actually eat bigger lures, and are somewhat less retrieval technique sensitive. The challenges are different Bream are tough work f...

Re: Omeo -30 trout in two days

great work Will. I'm only recently getting into waving flies at trout, and have had some limited success. It's certainly a fun way to fish, and making a good cast is almost as satisfying as hooking a fish
