Re: Is this site becoming redundant?

Or maybe some humourless 8a5tard removed their signature several times, then removed their ability to create a signature, witho...

Re: Where would you go for a four day 4wd/fishing trip?

Coorong / Salt Creek Sth Aust!!! Looks epic Seriously want to do SA beach driving. I've heard winter is a bad time for it though so will need to do a bit of research If we do end up going to southern SA do you know any good land based fishing spots? Did the far side of the Eyre Peninsula a few year...

We'll pick an area, but then scour it pretty hard before actually dropping baits, so say we pick Joe's Island, we'll sound around it, not just the area to the Sputh where we'd normally fish. Go agains...

Hope so there’s a chick I want to bang in the lockdown area
Think you may have to wear a full latex body suit to avoid skin contact mate.
People normally pay for that kind of service, so Dan the man is doing you a solid I'd say.

Re: gummy fishing

What Ducky said. I've caught gummies on lighter gear from a boat, but landbased, you're going to have to piff decent sized baits, usually a fair distance, and to do that, you want a set up to match. Squid rings and heads, fresh salmon chunks, banana prawns, I've caught gummies on all of them, I don'...

Re: Outrigger bases

Re: Launching tidal river / prom

We've launched and retrieved a 6.5mtr plate boat there. Not something I'd care to repeat tbh. Lol shallow and rough as guts? Was pretty hard going mate. Pretty flat beach, so if there's any swell, you aren't going to enjoy it. We had a drop down wheel, and a long recovery winch cable, was still blo...

Re: Ratchet Tie Downs

I’ll be buying these puppies after getting a bit of gelcoat damage from having ratchets mechanism rub on the back of the transom https://savagetrailers.com.au/products/ssratchet500 That's the one's my mate has on his Razerline, (with a Savage trailer). No corrosion on them, and they've done a lot o...
