Not a bad price. I have seen something similar for $150 without line, so it would come close after adding line I guess.

I snapped mine up for $100 the other week.

If you are fishing from the beach I'd recommend Squeaky Beach rather than Norman Bay; Squeaky Beach usually has a decent gutter and is deeper whereas Norman Bay is very shallow and featureless, less than 1m deep as far as you can cast. The issue with braid, is that it digs in and will snap and cause knots and just be a pita, if it is not spooled tight and kept tight.
Mono is more forgiving.

15kg mono is fine, I've just spooled mine with it and it takes around 600m.
