Re: Please help!! good spot for fishing/camping trip
Lakes entrance is really nice. Also any of the surrounding towns like Paynesville, Metung, Tyabb.. heaps of great fishing opportunities and only 3.5hrs from Melbourne.

Seaford Early session on Snapper 06/12/2015
I have not had much luck on the reds so far but, decided to head out from Frankston early morning yesterday and got to the ramp around 5am. Yo Omur,
Welcome to the site bud.. where are you located? I might be able to point you in the right direction to get you onto some quality fish, or you're welcome to join me on the next trip.

Re: Buying Squid for bait
Try Springvale market, but sometimes the squid is not that fresh. You can tell if fresh or not by the colour.

Now that the weather is starting to warm up, I will be looking to hit the shore and put in some fishing time. You are more than welcome to come along if interested and maybe I can pass on ...

Re: Pike/Snook
Hey guys ive seen those big pike arond the corinella pier at night. I have tried throwing plastics at them, tried unweighted pilchard, hard body lures.. They just don't take the bait... I think they just splash and swim around the pier to tease fisherman. I have one more trick up my sleeve, and once...

Heaps of gars around mornington pier. I was there 2 weeks ago and could see huge schools in water. They were very fussy though and hard to catch. But they are there.
