haha thanks guys, its just a really gutted feeling :( it was so damn close! i've been thinking about it all day!i left the net at home because my hands were full, 2 rods, a esky and a backpack. I think i need to invest in a telescopic net so its easier to carry. I will be back there next weekend, ho...

Hey guys, i decided to head out saturday night fished from sunset until 8:30. Had a few bites from the bay side but could not land anything. Very nice, I tried the morning and only got 2 mullet and 1 salmon. Did you fish inside inside or outside the breakwater? Fingers crossed I can go back tonight.

Decided to have a session at brighton today despite the weather conditions. Started fishing about 6:45am. Stayed there for a few hours until 11.
