WOW Thats quite a lot of flathead, next time mate try dropping a plastic down as well. easier to catch them that way and no need to rebait as often either.

thanks mate. ive only got a tcurve kingmack which is a 7 footer its a 15k rod i think, maybe a shorter 5'5 or 6 footer jigging rod might be more appropriate i think.

I guess it's a lesson learned. When you're out there - you just don't know what you're going to hook up to. I run 80lb braid on two large egg beaters - Okuma Salina 2 16000, and also 130lb braid on 4 Okuma TG 50' s in 2 speed just in case....i'm yet to be tested... We felt your pain on the video. T...
