He is talking about boat catch limits, not speed or operation of the vessel. I'll fis the topic heading so it reflects on catch limits. Brett, no worries, my misunderstanding. All for boat catch limits, but no need to retreat it to just boats, should be same limits on the shore bashing as well.

Nice one mate, ive never heard of varivas making rods, that ignis is a very nice reel though It's a lovely piece of kit mate, will be great with a chubby minnow or a 2" grub. It'll sits next to a Presso Ltd rod & Presso reel. The JDM trout gear is lot better than anything we get in Aus. Va...

biggest problem is damage to gear going through the surf mainly if you turtle - however all the off shore ski type kayaks will fit 4 rigged rods inside the hatch safe and sound for this reels are always a problem in any kayak fishing they are drowned almost ever trip so finding something that works...
