Re: Tax return

I got a half decent tax return this year which was nice. What wasn’t nice was the $4k+ mechanics bill for the car... ahh well. Easy come easy go.

Halls Gap Fishing

Hey guys.

Heading to halls gap shortly. Might find some time for a fish. Looking like it’s a coin toss on lake fyans. Wartook and bellfield. Any of those stand out more than others? Idea would be to try and murderbox a few trout or reddies to cook back at the caravan park.

Re: Exceeding lure weight rating on rod

Re: Peg Board storage solutions.

I bought some of those metal pegboards but they are garbage. I prefer a rolling toolbox over pegboards. I put a bit of thought into my shed layout. It ain’t perfect but it’s not too bad. Recent favourite not shown in the video is some 3D printed battery holders for the cordless tool batteries. Edit ...

Re: 60 ft deep

Another thing you can do for deep water squid that’s harassing baits. Get another rod. Paternoster tig with 30lb or so leader. 6oz sinker on the bottom. Jig about a metre up. Drop it to the bottom near your bait. The squid hook themselves. This donged a couple of units that murdiddlyerdered my livie...

Re: The bucket list

Nah prefer to do it locally and repeatable. I’ve dropped 2 rats boatside in the past. But I’m wanting something 7kg+ Got the boat. Got the gear and after the last few trips this year I have a much better idea. Just need to free up more time. Less BBQ more fishing Less bbq building more fishing I re...
