thanks for replys texas and hornet ,looking forward to getting there ,going by the photo it looks to be a fairly deep beach,i might take a drop net and give it a go for the crays as well if thats leagal i,ll have to check cheers

haven,t really fished for crays before texas ,any suggested methods besides jumping in cheers

gidday all heading down to johanna with family in a couple of weeks, staying for 5 nights plan on doing some surf fishing and also some freshwater , was thinking of going from great ocean rd bridge aire river , any info would be great cheers john

in the surf at night at collindina raco where i fish theres bit of a rip thats cut out a channel i like to fish in it or just on the bank next to it
