I've got a Shakespear ugly stick travel it's a good rod I'm looking to get a schimano raider travel rod also I wouldn't get a telescopic rod as askay said they don't feel good

I can remember going lobstering over 40 years ago with my dad and pop around Karoola just out of Launceston we would only take a few there were plenty around then I even got one while trout fishing it got tangled on my line trying to get the worms on the hook

BCF has Berkley E-Motion Rods for $50 at the moment not sure how good they are read some previews on another site and they where good

hi all
i am from Tassie but live in Melbourne now the fresh water rivers and creeks around Launceston are great for trout .the Tamar river is pretty good salt water fishing the surf beaches around Swansea and st Helens are good to plus the ever reliable highland lakes for trout
