Re: Family friendly pier fishing
Altona could be good, I've seen them caught there although it was a fair while back. Burley would be a big help too.

Murray at Mildura
Just returned from a houseboat trip on the Murray with the extended family. 4 nights, 5 days, traveled from Mildura to just past Red Cliffs then back. Not much to report apart from about 50 carp ranging from 10-50cm, all caught on worms with paternoster rig. But all the kids had great fun with their...

Re: Spin session cut short due to heavy rain..
Hi Adrian, I've got a quick question for you that you may have answered before, apologies in advance if that's the case. I notice in your reports that you have very specific weights of the fish you catch. How do you manage to get the weight of the fish?

Bolte Bridge
Fished under the Bolte Bridge tonight for a few hours on the outgoing tide. Caught one flathead on half pilchard, paternoster rig. Couple of other blokes there earlier caught nothing.

Re: Yellow and Black ... 2018
Had the great fortune to spend a recent weekend fishing and shooting near the Murray with two old Tigers premiership players. 3 & 4 flags each. Didn't catch a thing, but they had a few stories to tell.

Echuca
Hi all, spent the long weekend camping on the Murray River with the family just outside Echuca. Took a few handlines and finally got the chance to throw them in on Sunday afternoon. Tried cheese, worms and freshwater shrimp on a combination of running sinker and paternoster rigs. Caught one Murray C...
