Did it again today! Redfin donut. One hour on a stretch of channel. Fished one way from a bridge to a regulator, a distance of about 3 - 400 metres. Moving along the channel casting upstream downstream and across so as to not leave any water untouched. The channel is not wide so I can cover all the...

thanks amanda and flathead, i will be wearing gum boots as i alwats do when landbasing lakes or rivers. i fished eppolock last wens and thur morning
didnt catch anything of note ( 5 small yellowbelly and two redfin ) .alot of water and not much fish im my opinion
the stocking is a very good idea

Ive caught cod on them in the goulburn,eldion and murray.
Not to say they work any better that say a stumpjumper but they hav a nice action.

Nice fish !!
i spent 5 days fishing cohuna and caught around 25 yellowbelly with two or being nice fish.i will put some pics up soon.it was alot of hard fishing to get those fish.!

stumpy is the best by a mile...............imo

for every 10 fish we land per trip at least 7 are on stumpies ( thats on my place on the goulburn or the murray)
im not very good on other waters so no good advice there
