Best and worst commentators
Listening and watching a bit of sport lately, footy, cricket, tennis etc. A large variety of commentating styles on display. Who are your favorites and who do you turn the volume down for? Seems to me some commentators think they are bigger than the game and others actually add value in explaining t...

Re: Williamstown
Go the end of the breakwater and cast about 20/30 metres out at most to the right. Around 2 o'clock is a useful direction. Have got whiting, flatties, leathers and gars from there. Rising tide early morning or evening best time. Sandworms, prawns are good bait.

Re: Campaspe River Report
It is underrated. I have done well walking the banks from the spillway towards Axedale. Reddies, yellows and of course carp.
Also done well at the weir at Elmore.
Cheers,
Mark.

Re: Chinamans Lagoon
Was going to head up tomorrow, but too cold, too wet and too windy. Soft and lazy it seems.

Re: Chinamans Lagoon
Thanks Dave, Will and Graham. Great information, might head up to Yarrawonga next week for a fish. Will be fishing from the bank, also on the lookout for my metre cod in or below the lake. Anyone know of any charters up that way I could look at in this quest. For the holy grail. Mind you ther is som...

Chinamans Lagoon
Hi all,
Have heard about Chinamans Lagoon and Cobrawonga. I found them on my Murray River access maps. Can't find much info about these spots. Does anyone know if they are worth having a crack at. Don't mind if it's Carp central, still good fun for a lazy Fisher.
Cheers,
Mark.

Re: Boof Diary 2019
Good to see you back Will. I have learnt a lot from your posts and they are enjoyable reading. Appreciate your input. I know it is easy to say but concentrate on the positives and cut the toxic people and their agendas from your life. I have been there and done that and am a lot happier person now. ...

Paying the long game Dave, the wine and cheese platter may have helped in getting Michelle on board.

Echuca
Hi, Headed up to Echuca for a few days and landed lots of smaller cod, carp and silver perch. Most on worms and corn. My wife managed few as well. She is very impressed with the lazy skills displayed by myself when I reeled in a couple without knowing that they were there. Biggest cod seen was from ...

Sounds like good comp, will start looking at next years dates when available. How did the land based guys go, or was it mainly the boaties who did well.
