Righto, first post but I have quite a bit of experience in chasing Gummies/ sharks from the shore. Key for most species it's more about safety/ confidence when going into the shallows to feed, dirty water gives them the safety/ confidence to do so, simple as that, as for "stirs up food" I'm not 100%...
