Have been thinking to purchase one of those green submersible led lights myself from ebay though am concerned about what power source to use..... my brother is a sparky and told me that the regular 12v car battery isnt they way to go apparently. Something to do with them not designed to be a source ...

A check of my species app indicates you are correct. I'll have to be more careful in future, for the record I thought they were Tommys.

In my opinion Mornington is a lost cause atm. Lately I been out baitcasting at sun up, sun down, middle of the night, high tide low tide... with very little to show as reward.
