Re: Drifting for Whiting

I don’t fish the spit so can’t comment on that area. A few reasons why I wouldn’t is due to where I fish between sand and weed/reef beds I would lose a lot of rigs. The other reason is the way the current moves my drift speed would be too fast except on the hour around the tide change. Anyway kill ...

I’m not going to go into details of locations but some spots on good days 10-20 boats working areas where previously there would be no one else occasionally 1-2 on weekends and it’s definitely not been a gradual increase strangely enough these areas have been published o...

Drifting for Whiting

Specifically talking about WPB but would also apply elsewhere.... Does anyone drift for whiting on the basis that once you find them you will anchor up? Lately we have been catching 4-10 in our sessions along the spit and looking at ways we can improve our catch tally. Next time I'm out I will try a...

It’s a massive issue of contention to me about people profiting from marks and drawing crowds to once quiet coastlines.
What sort of numbers are you seeing now compared to the past that are getting you so upset about it?

Bugatti, surely all of your GPS marks are put together in a custom made clip art meme that no one could ever replicate?

Re: Logo alteration/update

Keep your logo clear and simple and think about where it will be used. If it's social/online then it will mostly be used in profile images or thumbnails so it needs to be readable. Take your new logo - hard to read it in your profile picture and I am guessing it won't be readable in your you tube th...

Re: April, Portland, BFT

People f*7K up, especially when they are learning. To many ego's in fishing. People to easily forget we all start somewhere. Get over it, everyone is just trying to have some fun. Yepi I agree in some respects but not entirely. Fishing has become egotistical for some. People need to start somewhere...
