PLB at $250 is a good investment. I carry one around my neck at all times when out on the boat. Also take it with us when we go away in the motorhome. Do Charters Use Burley Pots?

Just wondering if any Charter operators use burley pots over the snapper season?
(I find them annoying & seem to have more success throwing stuff over the side....thinking about leaving the pot at home this season)

I am also big on glow beads normally I use the green ones. This year I am trying something different it still glows but it’s not green. In the uk they are big on beads and sequins flashy things. I swear by glow beads/tubing most of the time, but if there is bait on the hook, there isn't much left to glow and not sure it's worth the effort?

Dougie, if you don't think there are some Looney-toons capable of this behavior out there, then you are very, very wrong. I have had one very serious threat from a past member who got himself banned by one of the other Mods. So much so that he threatened to meet me down at Port Welshpool... plenty ...
