Jim was there any mention of having your bag already and continuing to target the same species, I'm not sure if it is true but I have heard it is illegal to continue targeting something once you have your bag limit. I guess it's one of those rules not really policed to a tee but needs to be there for those morons who get a licence for each of there 5 kids, misses, uncles and auntys, and while they sit around or play in the sand that one person actually fishing can get 10 peoples bag in one day with the excuse ...
