Nice video and catch! Have been keen to start trying out some soft plastics, which kind and retrieve did you find worked for you? Eg. Slow retrieve and paddle tail, lift and drop etc

Heading up to rye on monday with my brother, will be there until friday doing quite a bit of landbased fishing. Gunnamatta spinning, flinders for squid and sorrento for whiting all on the cards. If any other forum member are keen to join, come along!

Post-easter Gun Run?
My brother and i have the week after easter off so will be in rye for that week, planning to have a few land based runs at piers and beaches. Anyone interested in throwing some slugs or bait out? Or know what days that week look good condition wise?
